Coming into a deeper connection to your body allowing yourself to feel more grounded and anchored in your embodiment.

When we are in our body and connected to the sacred feminine wisdom that lives in our womb, we access a deeper intuitive guide for our life.

You are invited to bring your attention inwards,

to come home to your body, your lifeforce energy.

With the powerful medicine of ceremonial cacao

you will feel a gentle softening and opening in yourself.

Noticing how you hold this deep seated intuition in your body,

that sometimes the mind wants to ignore.

Coming into closer relationship to bring her widsom into your life

by following the guidance of your body’s intuitive voice.

Through a guided meditation, you will be gently invited

to connect with your womb, hearing her voice and wisdom.

And if you desire, to receive REIKI with a gentle touch of your womb from

the facilitator, to experience and even deepen anchoring in your body.

I’m passionate about women’s power and about guiding women back to the wisdom of their body.

My path began years ago as a Social Worker supporting homeless women, where I first witnessed the resilience, sensitivity, and strength that live within women.

After a painful breakup, my own healing journey led me into the feminine spiritual path — where I began to explore embodiment, trauma healing, and the connection between sexuality and inner power.

Since 2017, I’ve supported hundreds of women in navigating the transformative journey of womanhood — helping them meet themselves more deeply, come home to their bodies, and live from the profound truth that lives within them.

The event is held at Inner Arts Collective - 257 Danforth Avenue in Toronto (5 minutes walk from Broadview station)
