Using the Indian mythological story of 'Samudra Manthana' 'The Churning of the Milky Ocean' as the guide for Sunday's Session. The Story metaphorically speaks on many levels about the journey into our own unconcious, what is found and what can be found, 'The Nectar of Immortality". This can be an intense process but supported by a uninted crew of voyagers there has never been a better chance to expand the boundaries to our personal healing and purification. Transformation is nearly always through entering into the uncomfartable and unknown but its not all 'Doom & Gloom' down there , Bliss is also there waiting to be felt and met.
It Begins with a group meditation to help the group tune into the shared field , then the chanting circle commences by vocalising the Bija (seed) Mantras to create a very experiential process, Andrea will facilitate and guide this very unique journey and finally close the space with devotional time to Dieti, in paticular a Lord Shiva mantra.
The vibration of the mantras hold activation and purification qualities that in turn can guide one closer to the ultimate reality, Conciousness itself. This is a powerful introduction to a very ancient Indian Practice slightly adapted for western practitioners. No prior experience of this practice is needed but this workshop is predominantly aimed at those who are and have been on the path to awakening. You will find us in the middle room @ number 11 the Bonnington Center (The Green Door Next to the Cafe). Advise to bring your own water and comfortable natural clothing.
