Opening the ceremonial circle, indulging in sacred Cacao a heart opening plant medicine elevating raw chocolate from the Amazon basin, explored for centuries by the ancients for guidance and healing. Flowing into gentle movement to stretch out and shake off stagnant energy.
Going down to the ground, bathed with sound vibrations the Himalayan singing bowls, absorb healing celestial frequencies. Opening the light portal through the primal beat of the shamanic hand drum, re-tuning the chakras with the harmonic spectrum frequencies from the tuning forks.
As you’re guided along a visual spoken elemental soundscape meditation journey, exploring altered states of consciousness for deep healing. Reconnecting to source, ancestors, angels, spirit, animal guides and cosmic protectors. Releasing blockages, experiencing a natural high, returning harmonic balance to the being.

Practical info:
To best prepare bring your own refreshment bottle. Temperature will fluctuate layers are advised and comfortable clothing. Bring a blanket and pillow to be snuggly, please be aware to arrive from 6:20pm as doors will be locked around 6:40pm for a prompt start.

Rebecca's Story:
Native Liverpudlian, returned home after a seven year spiritual exploration spanning six continents of earth. Creating CVM to raise the vibration through change, sound, movement and energy healing. Inspired by ancient techniques, learnt exploring earth, since 2014 sharing Sound healing and meditation, Yoga and Reiki, with hundreds of people, in nature, hospitals, schools, sacred sites and homeless centres all over the world.
Returning to Liverpool in 2018, dedicated to changing the vibration, providing sound healing, Yoga and Reiki for the carers and homeless of the community, as well as holding private ceremonies in multiple venues around the cit. Performing at the Royal court in association with the Comedy trust. Invited to holding talk at the Women's Institute. The Spiritualist church for the volunteers and at the Hindu Temple. Creating 'Good Vibrations' radio show on Liverpool community radio station, to raise awareness of sound meditation and techniques to assist mental health and wellbeing. Inspired to contribute something to assist in this mental health epidemic, after her good friend Joseph took his life in Jan 2020.
Rebecca once suffered from mental health issues whilst surviving in the London rat race, lost in a very dark place, an overworked office manager, underpaid, overweight binge drinker and substance abuser. One fine day awakening, in this moment making a promise to change her life forever, planting seeds of intention, she began to manifest a new life, moving thinking in a different way. A few months later leaving everything behind in England early 2010. To begin a new life in Australia embarking upon a spiritual journey, that would last for over seven years.
Exploring six continents, swimming in the wild oceans, crossing the amazon river, cleansing in world waters. Accessing places of high energy, climbing mountains. Exploring energetic sacred sites around the world. Dancing with her shadow, bathing in her light, connecting with others who challenged and awakened her further. Growing changing through reconnection to self and source.
Rebecca lived with the native peoples of many lands, learning their ancient ways of healing through Ayurveda and various plant medicines. Going on to qualify as a Yoga teacher in the Himalayan foothills of Riskikesh, the home of Yoga. Accessing the universal light healing energy Reiki, becoming a Reiki Master practitioner, in Auroville India. Studying Intergral sound healing at Svaram centre in India. An epic course exploring multiple sound healing modalities, as well as delving into the body as an instrument, learning overtone and raga singing.
Continuing her journey traveling the world sharing Sound healing, Yoga and Reiki, with hundreds of people, in nature, hospitals, schools and at sacred sites all over the world. Rebecca's life blossomed from these teachings, a vast improvement from her former life, in the London rat race days a distant memory. Deeply changed excited to share and inspire others so they may also change, feel vibrant and alive.
Rebecca decided to return to her homelands of England, with a vision of deep community change, through energy healing, movement and meditation, to create a ripple effect, changing the vibration, awakening others to begin their own healing journey. Raising the vibration of our planet.
Through her life experiences coming to understand, to bring peace upon earth, you must first make your own life peaceful.

PREVIOUS TRAINING:
Deeply passionate about sound and its power to heal. Rebecca studied music production at LIPA 'Paul Mcartney's University, in 2003 and Audio Engineering at SAE Institute. Originally a vinyl DJ, along her travels learning new skills, moving to electronic DJ’ing, performing around the world, in southern India and Sacred Valley in Peru. After exploring earth deeply inspired and impacted, Rebecca has returned to DJ'ing with a new vibe, fusioning Himalayan singing bowls, binaural beats and tribal world music to create a hypnotic physically impacting alternative sound healing experience.
