Sacred Summer Sound Bath & Ritual

Join us in East Sacramento Saturday June 20th for our Sacred Summer Sound Bath & Ritual. This sacred experience will help you to welcome for the summer solstice with an intimate sound healing and yoga experience meant to focus on the sacral and solar plexus chakras to encourage feelings of joy for the season ahead. This 2-hour ritual will take you on a journey connecting to and igniting your inner flame to welcome the surge of energy summer brings.

This year’s theme is 🔥passion🔥 which is highly significant in summer as it represents the root of expansiveness and connection that drive and guide us through the season. Passion is deeply connected to our sacral chakra which also controls sexuality, desire, & courage.

To help you connect with your sacral chakra and inner passions, each participant will be given the chance to curate essential oil perfumes to take home. There will also be additional crafting supplies to help you tap into your powers of creation including coloring pages, crystal beads for bracelets, and other items. Feel free to bring your own creative elements to share as well!

This is an intimate event with only 10 spaces available! Light, summer-style refreshments & sun iced tea will be available. Sign up below to secure your spot.

• Something to lay on: yoga mat, blanket, sleeping bag, etc.
• Yoga blocks for stability (we will be doing a 15 minute yoga flow)
• A pillow for added comfort
• A blanket to snuggle
• A journal for pre or post reflections
• An item to add to the altar if you'd like: crystals, candles, photos, fresh flowers (highly recommended for spring equinox blessings)

• This event will take place indoors
• Light refreshments including charcuterie style snacks, water & iced sun tea will be provided
• We will complete a 15 minute vinyasa style yoga flow incorporating sun salutations - please dress accordingly
• Summer Solstice Ritual supplies can be purchased at an additional cost
• If you are pregnant or using a pacemaker, please check in with your healthcare provider before attending
