🌸 Sacred Spring: Release, Realign & RiseA Women’s Retreat Day

Spring is nature’s invitation to begin again.
After the quieter months of winter, this retreat day offers a gentle and nurturing space to pause, reconnect with yourself and step into the season ahead with clarity, intention and renewed energy.
Together we will explore the themes of Release, Realign and Rise - letting go of what feels complete, reconnecting with the wisdom of the body and welcoming the qualities you wish to embody in this new season.
This special day will be held by three experienced practitioners who share a passion for supporting women’s wellbeing through mindful, embodied practices.
What the day will include
✨ Opening Circle & Spring Reflection
We will begin the day together in circle, taking time to reflect on the season we are leaving behind and the intentions we wish to carry forward. Through gentle journaling prompts and connection with others, you’ll have the opportunity to explore what you’re ready to release and what you’d like to welcome into your life this spring.
✨ Ancient Qi Gong Practice & Guided Savasana – with Claire McGee
Claire will guide us through an introduction to a traditional Qi Gong sequence - a slow, gentle yet powerful practice that awakens the body’s energy and encourages mindful presence. This will be followed by a deeply restorative guided savasana, allowing the body and nervous system to settle and integrate.
✨ Spring Release Ritual – with Kelly Butchart
A symbolic water release ceremony, offering what we are ready to let go of back to nature and allowing space for something new to emerge.
✨ Theta Healing & Alignment – with Kelly Butchart
Through guided meditation and subtle energy work, Kelly will lead a gentle process of realignment, inviting in the qualities and frequencies you wish to embody as you move forward.
✨ Sound Bath – with Elaine Grace Therapies
Elaine will close the afternoon with a beautiful sound bath - a deeply relaxing experience that supports nervous system regulation and allows the body to fully absorb the shifts and insights of the day.
✨ Oracle Reflection & Closing Circle
We will close the day with oracle guidance, reflection and a final moment together to honour the intentions we are carrying forward into the season ahead.

Practical Details
🧘 Please bring:
• A yoga mat
• A cushion or blanket for comfort
• A journal and pen
• Your own lunch
☕ Tea, coffee and light refreshments will be available throughout the day.
Spaces are intentionally limited to keep the day intimate and supportive.
