Session times are 10.30am to 11.30am, 12noon to 1pm, and 1.30pm to 2.30pm. No experience needed for stand-up paddleboarding session at Lochore, Fife. £30 each for the hour, all equipment and instruction (and wetsuit if required). £20 if you have your own board and equipment (use code "ownequip10" at the checkout).
