Join Cici & Mel for Sacred Sounds, an intentional evening to restore, reset, and ground deeply into your heart space.
We’ll begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony designed to gently center your energy, soften your inner landscape, and reconnect you to yourself. From there, you’ll be guided through a reflective meditation and immersive, multi-healer sound bath to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and inner clarity.
This experience is an invitation to slow down, come back home to your body, and create space for stillness, healing, and recalibration. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, seeking grounding, or simply craving intentional rest, this evening offers a supportive container to pause and realign.
Expect an atmosphere of warmth, connection, and deep nourishment for the mind, body, and spirit. This is a safe, affirming space for all Black, Brown, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA+ community members. Come as you are and allow yourself to receive.

Doors open: 5:15pm
Cacao Cermony: 5:30-5:45pm
Sound bath: 5:45-6:40pm
Community Time: 6:40-7pm (mingle, connect, take photos, vibe)
Things to know. . .
- Arrival: Doors open at 5:15 pm. The cacao ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 pm.
- Late Policy: No entry will be permitted after 5:35 pm to maintain the integrity of the ceremony.
- What to Bring: Yoga mat, blankets, and bolsters will be provided. You're welcome to bring anything you may need for your comfort but we have you covered!
- What to wear: Comfortable, breathable, clothing. We will be indoors.
- Parking: Ample free street parking is available.
- Tip: Early arrival is strongly encouraged so we can begin on time.
