Program Purpose
Elder Sherrell Savage will provide a Christ-centered sound healing experience that supports the renewal of the mind, restoration of the body, and reconnection to the Spirit through sacred sound, prayerful meditation, and intentional rest.
Spiritual Intention & Biblical Foundation
Biblical Context for Sound Healing:
- In 1 Samuel 16:23, David used music to bring emotional and spiritual relief to King Saul. This demonstrates the healing capacity of sound when anointed and Spirit-led.
- Psalms is a book of songs and sounds used in worship and healing, showing the ancient biblical tradition of using sound to commune with God.
- Genesis 1 begins with the spoken word as the creative force of life: “And God said…” –
reminding us that sound has divine, creative power.
- Zephaniah 3:17 says, “He will rejoice over you with singing.” God Himself uses sound to
communicate love and joy to His people.
Session Goals
1. Spiritual Renewal – Foster stillness to listen for God's voice and experience His peace.
2. Mental Clarity – Calm the mind, relieve anxiety, and create mental space for divine
inspiration.
3. Physical Restoration – Use healing frequencies to release physical tension and support
relaxation.
