In this session, we will center our practice around the sacred sound of Om (Aum)—the primordial vibration of the universe.
The Power of the Om Mantra
Often referred to as the "Sound of the Universe," chanting Om is a physiological and spiritual reset. By joining our voices, we tap into:
• Vagus Nerve Stimulation: The "mmm" vibration signals your nervous system to move into a state of deep rest & digest.
• Mental Clarity: Chanting Om replaces erratic thoughts with a singular, steady frequency, silencing the "monkey mind."

What to Expect
1. Vocal Opening: We will collectively chant the sacred mantra Om. Especially healing for the throat chakra.

3. Sound Bath Immersion: Surrender to the frequencies of Shruti Box and Koshi chimes.
4. Integration: A period of silence to allow the frequencies to settle.
