Join us for a one-night somatic movement experience designed to help you release tension, reconnect to your body, and move with confidence.
Sacred Shake blends intentional hip movement and twerk in a supportive and judgment-free environment.
This is not about performance.
This is about release, rhythm, and reconnecting with yourself.
No dance experience is needed.
All levels welcome.
Two Sessions
6:00–7:30 PM
Sacred Shake: The Ritual
Soft, grounding, beginner-friendly.
8:00–9:30 PM
Sacred Shake: After Dark
Sensual, playful, and higher-energy.

$30 per session
$50 for both
