Sacred Repose is a non-dual tantrik practice aimed at exploring various ways to reach a deep state of "repose" or rest. Within each of us exists a profound place, a dimensionless, timeless, unitary abode of freedom, from which everything arises and subsides. We ultimately experience repose as consciousness at rest in itself, while simultaneously consciousness is actively engaged in the creation, maintenance, and dissolution of all that exists.Ask yourself the following questions:

These tools provide us ability to experience deep states of relaxation, release physical and emotional tension, self-regulation, and inner rejuvenation.
Cellular Respiration- Embodied Flow
Will help you to make contact with the restful and recuperative state of cellular awareness and access a feeling of being truly and powerfully present in your body. Your health depends upon the vitality of each of your 70 trillion cells; by embodying their breath you create space for your body’s natural recuperative processes to take place. Experiencing the subtle rhythm of the cells, the mind quiets. In being with our cells, external respiration slows.
Tantrik Yoga Nidra
By immersing in Tantrik Yoga Nidra you can experience numerous benefits, including synchronizing body and mind. These benefits include calming the nervous system, promoting deep relaxation, improving sleep quality, alleviating anxiety, releasing tension, and cultivating joy and well-being.
Tantrik Meditation
Non-dual tantra is when we stop seeking “higher” states of consciousness, but we keep cultivating awareness of the totality of Being Here and Now. Especially when it's challenging to stay with the momentary life experience Tantrik yoga and meditation provides tools to strengthen the energy body so that we can receive life fully.
Authentic Relating
Authentic Relating practices are designed to cultivate trusting, empowering, and nourishing connections and relationships in your life. It is an embodied practice, inviting us to stay present and stay in connection with what's happening, with reality, with our bodies, with each other.
Somatic Yin
Inviting you to your own curiosity, there is less of a focus on the asana itself or needing to stay still , instead it gives you a chance to go within and explore the felt sense of your body and the direct experience of being with what is arising or what is fading away.
Somatic Yin allows you to get more in tune with your own body, getting to know yourself more intimately. It encourages you to get in touch with your own senses, your own authority. Your practice becomes guided from the inside rather than the outside.
