Angelica Intention Setting Ritual
We’ll begin by honoring the sacred herbal root Angelica Archangelica with a powerful intention-setting ritual. Burning angelica over charcoal and sipping her medicine, we’ll call upon her protective and guiding energy to support us throughout the ceremony as we unwind and unleash.

Rage Ritual
Next, we’ll descend into a transformative Rage Ritual, calling on breath, sound, and intentional movement to awaken and move what has been held beneath the surface.
Through shaking, sounding, and intentional physical release, repressed emotions are invited to rise and be expressed. As energy moves, space opens for deep healing, liberation, and remembrance of your innate power. This is a sacred opportunity to complete emotional and stress cycles within a safe, held, and intentional container.
The ritual is designed as a journey of deep emotional release, moving through moments of intensity balanced with intentional pauses for regulation and resourcing. Throughout the experience, there are opportunities to savor the release, reconnect with yourself, and even feel pleasure in the process.
Grounding & Relaxation
After the ritual is complete, I’ll guide you into a state of grounding and relaxation, helping you integrate the experience and bring your body back into a calm and balanced state.
Sound Healing & Closing Circle
We’ll end the ceremony with a gentle Sound Healing session, bathing in healing vibrations to imprint our emotional release with pleasure and continue the grounding process. We’ll then come together in a Closing Circle, sharing reflections and sealing the energy of the evening.

My work is rooted in a deep passion for healing, embodiment, and emotional liberation. I blend trauma-informed care with intuitive, heart-centered rituals to create spaces where you can reconnect with the truth of your heart and inner wisdom.
My purpose is to create spaces where people have the opportunity to overcome themselves, open their heart and heal so they can live the life they have always wanted.
I am trained as a Love, Sex and Relationship Coach through the VITA Coaching Certification with Layla Martin and received my Somatic Trauma Therapy Certification through the Embody Lab, studying with leaders like Dr. Peter Levine and Gabor Maté. I have been studying energetic healing for over 6 years now and am trained as a Holographic Sound Healer, Reiki Master Teacher, and Yoga Teacher (200hr) with thousands of people served in both private and public settings.
My journey into the healing arts began through the lens of addiction recovery. I built a strong foundation in evidence-based support with training in CCAR Peer Recovery Coaching, NADA Acupuncture Detoxification, Motivational Interviewing, and Community Reinforcement and Family Training, and by earning my B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from CU Boulder.
