No art experience needed. All materials provided.
Each session will include a brief guided introduction, creative art-making, and a group discussion to reflect on personal insights and shared experiences.

- You’ve been holding a lot inside
- You struggle to express anger
- You want a safe, creative outlet for your emotions
A Safe, Supported Space
Facilitated by a trauma-informed Registered Clinical Counsellor & Art Therapist.
Sharing is always optional. You move at your own pace.
