This 75-minute Sound Bath in experience in Barnes is guided by Consuelo Cogrossi — certified yoga teacher, somatic coach, and trained sound facilitator — using singing bowls, gongs, drums, and chimes.

Sound baths are generally safe and beneficial for most people, but there are some situations where caution is advised.
