As part of International Yoga Day weekend, join us for a special Sacred Lounge evening exploring how yoga and meditation can help us slow down, reconnect, and become more present in our everyday lives.
In today’s fast-moving world, many people struggle to switch off mentally. Even during moments of rest, the mind often feels distracted, overwhelmed, or constantly thinking about the next thing.
This special session is an opportunity to step away from the noise and experience an evening of movement, mindfulness, mantra meditation, and deep relaxation in a peaceful candlelit atmosphere.
Together, we’ll explore how authentic yoga is not only physical movement, but also a powerful practice for calming the mind, reconnecting within, and cultivating greater peace and awareness.

No experience is needed at all. Whether you’re completely new to yoga and meditation or already have experience, this evening is designed to be welcoming, peaceful, and accessible for everyone.
Many people attend alone for the first time, so please don’t feel nervous about coming by yourself.
