Sacred Joy: Return to Wonder is a full-day immersive retreat designed to reconnect you with your inner child, the part of you that is curious, playful, creative, and deeply alive.
So often, life asks us to be serious, responsible, and productive. In doing so, we may lose touch with the lightness and magic that once came so naturally.
This day is your invitation to come home to that part of yourself.
Through movement, reflection, sound healing, and shared connection, you will be guided to gently release what weighs you down and rediscover the freedom of simply being.
