What to Expect
Tamryn Liebenberg — visual artist and workshop facilitator — guides you through the foundations of acrylic painting using abstract florals as your subject. You’ll learn to loosen up, trust your instincts, and find your own way into colour and form. Feel free to bring a reference photo you love, or work from the curated examples provided.
Come alone, bring a friend, or make it a date — this hour is yours.
During your time together, you’ll:
• Get comfortable with acrylic paint — how it moves, layers, and responds
• Explore colour mixing and composition in a low-pressure environment
• Work with abstract floral imagery to guide your painting
• Discover your own mark-making style with gentle guidance throughout
• Leave with a finished painting you actually made

A Few Things to Note
• Welcome to bring your own reference photo if you have one in mind
• No prior painting experience required — this workshop is designed for curious beginners
• Photos may be taken during the session — let Tamryn know on arrival if you’d prefer not to be included
