Join my immersive workshop designed to help you manifest the life you’re calling in. Through the powerful combination of breathwork, sound healing, reiki and a heart opening cacao ceremony, you’ll reconnect, release and realign.

What to expect:
My workshop will run for approximately 2 hours. Please try to arrive 5 minutes before, however if you are stuck in traffic do not panic or stress.
Here is how our journey will unfold:
1. Cacao Ceremony – Ceremonial cacao is a gentle yet powerful plant medicine that supports emotional release, deeper connection and heart expansion. As you sip cacao you may feel a softening within, allowing you to let go of what no longer serves you, open to love, clarity and intention.
2. Breathwork – Harnessing the power of our breath through a variety of breathing techniques to bring your nervous system into a state of calm, balance and peace within.
3. Sound Bath – Receiving sound healing from a combination of my Tibetan, crystal singing bowls, ocean drum and healing chimes.
4. Reiki Healing Energy - Receiving reiki healing energy to help manifest magic in May.
