During this circle, we will experience a mindful garden walk through Botanica, guided embodiment and visualization practice, and time for light refreshments and community. This gathering offers a gentle invitation to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with the body, the natural world, and one another.
This is a gender-affirming and non-clinical facilitated gathering. All women, including trans women and gender-diverse participants who feel aligned with women’s spaces, are welcome.
