Join Jorinde & Ursa Eva for the Sacred Cacao, Minidose & Yin Yoga Ceremony.In this autumn equinox ceremony we take a gentle flight into a deeper state of conciousness. We tune into breath, yin movement and heart opening plant medicines to observe and explore our inner state. To feel where we are in our lives. The equinox is a beautiful moment in the wheel of the year to give thanks for all the fruits we have received and to turn inward again. To slow down and appreciate the abundance in our lives.
We journey with warming sacred cacao and the teacher plant Bobinsana, from the Amazone rainforest. A beautiful combination of two earth medicines of the heart. To open to love and gratitude and to give space to any stagnant emotions that want to be set free. High grade quality cacao is incredibly nourishing for our bodies and a great stimulator of our brain and heart. It has been used as a sacred drink for thousands of years to connect with the divine. Cacao helps us to connect to our heart and feel deeply and honestly into what we feel, need and truly desire.
The beautiful medicine of Bobinsana enhances the healing power of sacred cacao and frees our voice from the heart. Expect to slow down more, be drawn inside and dive deeper into what is there for you to find below the surface of your regular waking state. The ceremony will be a unified whole of gentle yoga, plant medicine ceremony, live music, guidance, singing (also by you!) sharing and space for creative expression. You are encouraged to share from the heart, either by speaking, making music or in another you want to share ?

Diet: it is advised to not drink coffee and alcohol the day before and of the ceremony and have light lunch or skip lunch altogether. Bring: comfortable warm clothes, drinking bottle, journal and pen
