Ages 18+ ONLY!
Cazuelitas look like little pots of dough and borrow their name and shape from the traditional clay pots of Mexico.
In this hands-on cooking class, students will learn how to make deep-fried dumplings made of corn flour, mashed potatoes, and cheese, known as cazuelitas.
Participants will also make pork and beef picadillo to serve over the top. Then, participants will garnish the dish with crema, cotija cheese, and pickled onions.
The entire class will sit and enjoy the cazuelitas when the lession concludes.
