
About this Event
A 45-50 minute, full body movement, stretch, and breath work offering that centers simple movement sequences for all body types and abilities with a focus on stress release, movement for mobility sake, and body-awareness.
Low, gentle music will be utilized for stretching.. Mobility range will be considered for all bodies, access, and abilities. Movement sequences are beginner friendly. Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing. Yoga socks, mats, and water will be provided. Room will be lightly aromatic (natural lavender oil).
Se utilizará música suave y tranquila para los estiramientos. Se considerará la movilidad de todos los cuerpos, accesos y capacidades. Las secuencias de movimiento son aptas para principiantes.
