A trauma-informed yoga class focused on grounding, gentle movement, and intentional breath. This class helps participants release tension, reconnect with their bodies, and build emotional resilience in a safe and supportive space.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a warm blanket or shawl. You will remove your shoes for all sessions, so cozy socks are encouraged. During breathwork, it’s normal to feel slightly light-headed—this is part of the process. Most sessions can be translated into Spanish if needed.
