[S3 N. River] Root & Rise: Mindful Movement for Healing (Yoga) w/ Erica

A trauma-informed yoga class focused on grounding, gentle movement, and intentional breath. This class helps participants release tension, reconnect with their bodies, and build emotional resilience in a safe and supportive space.

• July 22 - Sept 25 (No sessions 8/5, 8/7, 8/12, 8/14, 9/11)Tuesdays 1 pm
• Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a warm blanket or shawl. You’ll be removing your shoes for all sessions, so cozy socks are encouraged. During breathwork, it’s normal to feel slightly light-headed—this is part of the process. Most sessions can be translated into Spanish if needed.
