Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a warm blanket or shawl. You’ll be removing your shoes for all sessions, so cozy socks are encouraged. During breathwork, it’s normal to feel slightly light-headed—this is part of the process. Most sessions can be translated into Spanish if needed.
