About this Event
The RYOS Youth Conference 2026 is designed to help bridge the gap between Black youth and the systems that impact their lives. This year’s theme, "Justice Reimagined," moves beyond conversation and into action, focusing on how we can work together to continue dismantle barriers and build pathways to success.
We are bringing together a powerhouse of voices from youth leaders and community mentors to the highest levels of the legal and justice systems working together towards a shared vision.
What to expect:
Keynote speaker: Hear from speakers with lived experience who will speak on how they have navigated their professional worlds and their take on justice for themselves and our youth.
Career and growth: A chance to network and develop while hearing from community members and career professionals on their leadership, careers and how they give back to youth development.
Networking: Connecting with agencies, mentors and community members dedicated to Black youth success in Windsor.
Bridging the gap: The place to be to help get connected to the right resources right on time.
Who is this for?
The Next Generation: Black youth (ages 12–25) ready to lead and be heard.
The village and community: Community mentors, parents and youth supporters who are here to uplift and support them.
