About this Event

The Ruth Heart Route – 3.8 Miles of Strength is a community walk/run dedicated to supporting Rell and everyone fighting heart troubles and health challenges. This event isn’t just about one person, it’s about showing love, unity, and compassion for all those battling heart troubles, recovering from health scares, or quietly fighting their own uphill journey.

We walk/run to remind people that they are seen.
We walk/run to remind them they are supported.
And most importantly, we walk/run to remind them that no one fights alone.

Hosted by The Good Company LLC, this race is built on our motto:
“When you’re in good company, you’re never alone.”
Every step we take honors that message. Whether you join to support Rell, uplift someone in your family, or bring awareness to heart health in our community, your presence makes an impact.

This year’s race will also be officially timed, giving participants the chance to compete while supporting a meaningful cause.
We’ll be awarding prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers, celebrating both speed and spirit. Whether you’re walking for love or running for the win, there’s a place for you.
