Running Worksop
Join us for an in person running workshop led by qualified physiotherapists
Whether you're new to running or training regularly, this session is designed to help you move more efficiently, support your training, and better understand your body.
In this workshop, you’ll learn:
• Principles to support running technique
• Common running related issues and factors that may contribute to them
• Warm up and cool down strategies
• How to recognise early signs of discomfort or overload
• Strength and mobility exercises to support your running
You’ll also have the opportunity to ask general questions and receive guidance from our physiotherapy team
This workshop is suitable for:
• Runners of all abilities
• Individuals experiencing tightness or recurring discomfort
• Gym members looking to support their running and overall performance
