Join us for an unforgettable shakeout run ahead of the 50th Marine Corps Marathon on Saturday, October 25. Choose between a relaxed 3-mile run or a 1-mile walk along the scenic Potomac River—whatever feels right for your body.

All paces are welcome, whether you’re jogging, walking, or just here for the vibes.

We will have official shakeout pacers to guide you:

Rachel Yep, Rob Perez, Lahaina Mondoñedo, Matt Green, Vonks Kesting, Will Filiault, Molly Applegate, Dan Kain, Jasmine Bowden will all be leading run and walk groups.

After your shakeout, the party continues:

• Live DJ spinning hype tunes

Come ready to move, connect, and celebrate 50 years of Marine Corps Marathon with the DC Metro running community.

• 7:15 - 7:40 AM - Check-in a lululemon Georgetown (bag drop if needed) & walk down to the Georgetown Waterfront
• 7:45 AM - Welcome and group warm up at the waterfront
• 8:00 AM - 3-mile Run + 1-mile Walk starts
• 8:45 - 10:30 AM: Post - run hangout, shopping and wellness lounge
