About this Event
This 60-minute workshop takes students through a series of self-defense skills and awareness exercises designed for those who enjoy running, jogging or walking outdoors. Everyone should know some core self-defense concepts, no matter what age, athletic ability, or gender and this workshop covers skills that everyone can use!
