About this Event
Runner’s High DC is a relaxed, community-focused run club built around enjoyment, not performance.
Each session features an easy, conversational 2–4 mile group run designed to help you build consistency in a welcoming, low-pressure environment.
Before the run, participants are invited to join a brief, optional educational discussion and tasting exploring the connection between movement, recovery, and the body’s natural endocannabinoid system. These sessions are designed to be simple, informative, and accessible—no prior experience required.
Whether you’re new to running or just looking for a more enjoyable way to stay active, this is a space to move at your own pace, connect with others, and make fitness something you actually look forward to.
