Meet us at lululemon Southport for a 3-mile run or 1.5 mile walk route designed for all ages and paces, inviting moms, dads + family for a morning of movement and fun. Come for the run/walk, stay for the vibes
Umifull is all about fostering a supportive environment where moms and parents can prioritize their well being while also creating a vibrant community for their little ones.

Mia K. Jones is a yoga instructor, full-spectrum doula, mother-runner, and former lululemon ambassador who finds her greatest joy in the multifaceted role of motherhood to her son. With an indomitable spirit, Mia ran her first 5k on Mother's Day at six months pregnant and began training for her first half marathon at six months postpartum with Chicago's Peace Runners 773. Her love for running intertwines with her passion for yoga and community, guided by her belief that success lies in perseverance and showing up
