RTW is a 3-day marathon education camp to help first-time marathon runners and those looking to level up their training blocks on their 2nd - 4th race.
We'll cover nutrition, proper running form, fueling, strength training, mental strategies, break down types of running shoes and complete various running workouts—all aimed at helping you train smart to run hard on race day.

• “The science of speed development and how to incorporate it into marathon training” w/ Avery Anderson, Director of Track & Field and Cross Country at UCLA
