Starting in Battersea Park, this run club brings together a 5K social run where the focus is simply on moving together. After the run, ease into a guided recovery yoga flow and stretch session designed specifically for runners - targeting the tightness and build-up that comes with training and helping you move better, not just harder.
To finish, refuel with The Salad Project protein bowls, giving your body exactly what it needs post-run to recover and rebuild.
