About this Event
Join us on the track for a 90-minute speed and mechanics clinic co-coached by Roxroy Cato, a two-time Olympian in the 400m hurdles for Jamaica (2012 & 2016) and Dr. Dan Silva (chiropractor, running coach).
This clinic is built for endurance athletes and everyday runners who want to run better - not just sprinters. Speed work is the most skipped training tool in a long-distance runner's program. This session will show you why it matters and how to do it right.
What we'll cover:
- Sprint mechanics and running form drills
- A-skips, B-skips, drive phase technique
- Controlled speed work, building up to a great track workout
- How to apply speed training to your endurance goals
Whether you're training for a marathon, half marathon, Hyrox, or just want to get better at running in 2026, this clinic is for you.
Spots are capped at 30.
