Join the RTA’s free information session to boost your understanding of the latest rental law changes and practical strategies for managing tenancies confidently.
Managing a tenancy can be tricky when issues arise. However, with the right knowledge and tools, you can handle situations with confidence and maintain a successful tenancy.

- ensure you have clarity about the tenancyrental law changes that were introduced during 2025
- understand the rights and responsibilities in a tenancy
- gain insights into what, when and why issues commonly occur across different stages of a tenancy
- learn what the legislation says about the most common problem areas, including entry condition report, rent arrears, repairs and maintenance, entry disputes, lease breaks and bond refunds
- ask questions directly to our experienced RTA staff.
