About this Event
The Chicago Department of Planning and Development (DPD) is seeking to revitalize a portion of a large vacant lot at 115th and Michigan in Roseland, and community members are invited to learn more and share their input on the future of the site at an open house on Thursday, March 6.
DPD is overseeing a Request for Proposal (RFP) process to develop new buildings with housing and businesses on the property, and two teams are competing to build on the land.
Neighbors are encouraged to attend the open house to meet the teams, see the proposed projects, ask questions and provide feedback. Those who are interested in attending can register online
The meeting will be held from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at St. John MB Church, 211 E. 115th St.
