🌹 Invitation: Rose Tea Ceremony & Sound Bath Meditation 🌹

If you feel like taking a gentle pause from your daily routine, you’re warmly invited to join.

We'll begin with a calm rose tea ceremony.
Rose tea is traditionally appreciated for its soothing qualities – it can help relax the mind, the heart and it can and create a sense of inner calm in your body.

During this time, we’ll also set a personal intention for the evening.

Under the influence of the „Pink“Full Moon - which stands for new beginnings, renewal and inner clarity- I invite you for a gentle rest to let go what not longer serves you and to reset and recharge to make space for the new.

Afterwards, you’ll be guided into a sound bath with soft, immersive tones, where you can simply lie down and rest.
