BIO:
Katrina is a Gardener, Mom, Wife, Neighbor, Speaker, Educator, Mental Health Advocate, Truth Seeker and Nurse — rooted in both the soil and the soul. As the founder of Nurse 2 Nurse Peer Support in 2020 and now Mindful Nurse Gardener Inc., She blends 20+ years of nursing, psychotherapy, mindfulness, trauma-sensitive care, and Reiki to nurture growth, resilience, and inner harmony in others.
Her professional work and personal journey are deeply intertwined. She has alchemized her pain into her purpose, bringing in an authentic, embodied, pragmatic and informed approaches. Compassionately caring for both her patients’ traumas and her own has taught her that healing is not by linear and that walking through trauma into recovery brings wisdom, empathy, and a holistic understanding of stress and trauma—mind, body, and spirit.
Her life’s work is guided by the principle: we transform through connection. Her goal is to continue to create spaces where people feel safe to be seen, grow, feel, and reclaim the part that may have buried. She knows each of us have the ability to come back to self, back to our hearts.
Throughout our time together, Katrina will introduce trauma-sensitive, mindful, and embodied practices designed to meet you where you are. These are gentle, accessible practices that can be integrated into everyday moments — supporting you to gently come back to self, returning to inner steadiness, and cultivating acceptance for this moment, just as it is.
Pricing Philosophy: Katrina is not charging for healing. Her intention is to create a sacred exchange—a way for participants to invest in their own transformation, and for her to continue offering her gifts without depletion.
