About this Event

Sound Bath Expectations:

Crystal singing bowls produce frequencies that interact with your body's energy field - helping to calm the nervous system, clear stagnant energy, and promote emotional release. Sound healing supports shifts in brainwave activity, gently guiding the mind into theta and delta states — the same deeply restorative states associated with meditation, creativity, and deep sleep. This is where true rest, healing, and emotional processing can begin. You don’t need to do anything during a sound healing session - simply lie back, receive, and allow the frequencies to wash over you. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally tender, or just in need of deep rest, sound healing offers a gentle invitation to slow down, soften, and return to yourself.

Restorative Mat Pilates + Sound Bath

Return to Form Kinesiology & Pilates Studio - 1970 Island Diesel Way Suite 1, Nanaimo, BC V9S 5W8

Join us for an evening of deep rest and gentle movement as we combine the benefits of restorative pilates with the healing vibrations of sound.

Rachel from Return to Form Kinesiology and Pilates will guide you through a 30-minute restorative mat Pilates sequence designed to gently release tension, improve mobility, and reconnect you to your body through mindful movement.

We’ll then transition into a 30-minute immersive sound bath led by Tamara, where you’ll be invited to fully surrender and sink deeper into relaxation as soothing frequencies wash over you.

* Please bring a small blanket, pillow, eye mask, and anything else that will help you feel cozy and supported.

No experience necessary — just come as you are and allow yourself to unwind.
