Join us for Rooted; Nutrition for Women's Health, the second installment in our Monthly Women’s Wellness series, designed to help you with the importance of iron and protein in your diet to prevent anemia, nutrition for healthy.
Led by Meghan Nowland, an experienced midwife, women’s health advocate, and founder of Safer Birth Foundation, and Christian Lumpkin, an herbalist, and expert in creating calm and organized spaces, this hands-on workshop will guide you through simple yet powerful techniques to foster health, tranquility in your life.

Location Details: We are located at the corner of Lincoln and Melrose Avenue. Blue Victorian with light blue/green trim.
Parking: Our parking lot for the Cincinnati Birth Center is located to the side of our building on Lincoln Avenue next to our garden. There is a path to the front doors. Additonal free off-street and on-street parking available on both Lincoln and Melrose Avenues, if desired.
In The Event of Ice/Snow: We recommend street parking to avoid getting stuck in our lot.
Building Access: Access the building via the front doors. Please feel free to ring the doorbell if you are unable to enter for any reason.
