Earth Day invites us to return to something simple and essential — connection. Not just appreciation for nature, but a felt relationship with the living field that supports our bodies, regulates our nervous systems, and restores our spirit.
In this immersive ritual experience, we will intentionally ground into the stabilizing energy of Gaia to calm the mind, regulate the body, and open the heart to gratitude. This is less about learning about nature… and more about reconnecting with it.
