Rooted In Stillness is a calming wellness experience designed to help you slow down, release stress, quiet the mind, and create space for grounding, clarity, and inner peace. Through guided meditation, crystal bowl sound healing, and Reiki energy healing, this experience encourages deep relaxation while supporting emotional balance and nervous system restoration.
Whether you are completely new to meditation and sound baths or already on your wellness journey, this experience is intentionally created to feel welcoming, supportive, and accessible to all.
What To Expect
• Guided meditation to help calm the mind and ground the body
• Immersive crystal bowl sound healing using soothing vibrational frequencies
• Reiki energy healing throughout the experience
• A peaceful and calming environment designed for rest and reflection
• Space to disconnect from stress and reconnect with yourself
• Gentle moments of stillness, relaxation, and emotional reset
• An optional brief hands-on Reiki offering for attendees who opt in during checkout
A Few Gentle Notes
• Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to settle in comfortably before the experience begins
• Doors will close promptly at the start time, and late entry will not be permitted in order to preserve the calm and uninterrupted environment for all participants
• This is not a therapy session, but a supportive wellness experience

• A yoga mat or something comfortable to lay on
• A blanket or pillow for added comfort
• Comfortable clothing

About the Organizer
Rising Roots Healing is a holistic wellness company focused on creating intentional spaces for grounding, healing, reflection, and reconnection through guided meditation, Reiki, sound healing, and mindful self-care experiences.
Founded by Alicia Ruidiaz, a certified Reiki Master and Sound Practitioner trained in Usui Reiki, Holy Fire Reiki, and Karuna Reiki, Rising Roots Healing was created from a deeply personal journey of healing, transformation, and reconnection.
At the core of Alicia’s work is the belief that healing begins by creating space to slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself beneath the noise of everyday life. Her experiences are intentionally created to feel calming, soulful, welcoming, and accessible to all.
Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Due to the intentional nature of this experience and limited capacity, refunds will not be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals. Please ensure you are able to attend before purchasing your ticket.
If the event is canceled by the organizer, attendees will receive a full refund.
