FIGMENT Boston is back for another year! This free family-friendly event is open to everyone near, far, and in between!FIGMENT blurs the line between creator and audience, artist and spectator. Everything that you see at FIGMENT is born from a simple desire to share imagination with each other and the community.
FIGMENT is a free, annual participatory arts festival that brings together the community and inspires all ages in the creation and celebration of art and a culture where everything is possible. FIGMENT Boston, now in its twelfth year, has helped bring hundreds of interactive art projects to the Boston area, inspiring thousands of people to broaden their definition of art by breaking down the wall between spectator and artist and encouraging everyone to participate.
This event is free to the public and yet non-commercial, independently produced by volunteer staff and artists.
