Rooted In Love: A Creative Day Retreat embracing the Autumn Equinox

Come join us at The Earthship for a day filled with creativity and connection with nature, and each other, through various workshops and arts activities.

ROOTED IN LOVE - a day retreat at the Earth Ship in Stanmer Park honouring the changing seasons. As the autumn equinox passes, nights begin to lengthen, we are called back inwards to rest and retreat. It’s our time to harness the energy and abundance of the summer sun, to clear away and compost what no longer serves us as we create new fertile ground.

Join Polly (she/her) from Love Club and Cyd (she/her) from Rooted Beings as we wander through the trees of stanmer and familiarise ourselves with their qualities, nourish our bodies through restful yoga practice, reflect on the seasons changes as we practice a botanical dyeing process, melt into a sound bath & eat together - and for those of you who want to, there are spaces for an evening sauna session afterwards in the Sauna Garden, we will email ticket holders and announce when this is available to add to your ticket.

This retreat is a collaboration between Rooted Beings and Love Club, two organisations, community projects, and great friends, with an intention to walk into autumn fuelled from the energy of summer days. We will share a day of movement, reflection and creative wellbeing immersed in nature. A nourishing lunch, snacks and elixirs will be provided by us. Bring a notebook and pen for journaling if possible, as well as a yoga mat or blanket, or both! You will be able to take home your botanical art creations too.

10% of your ticket price will be donated to Compass Collective, an incredible organisation supporting young people seeking asylum with arts-led programmes, such as music, theatre and film to build resiliance and integrate into the UK.
