About this Event
Rooted Expansion is a 2-day community festival located at Redband Park in Spokane WA!
Our mission is to nurture the wellness of our community in mind, body, and spirit by offering accessible opportunities for healing, growth, and connection.
Grounded in the understanding that wellness is both a personal and collective journey, we honor all paths and traditions that guide people toward wholeness and peace.
We envision a community where every individual has the tools and support to live with balance, connection, and purpose. A community where healing the self contributes to the healing of the collective.

Saturday’s experiences will center around the theme “Rooted” ~ Grounding ourselves through intentional action. Classes and workshops will focus on practices that help us reconnect with our bodies and our community. Through movement, ritual, creativity, and reflection, participants will explore ways to cultivate stability, presence, and a strong foundation for personal well-being.
Saturdays modules include:
- Yoga (including FREE all ages early morning yoga)
- Breathwork
- Somatic movement
- Elemental dance embodiment
- Ecstatic dance
- Ritual theatre
- Herbal medicine classes & creation
- Drum circle & medicinal drumming
- Story telling circle
- Nature mandala making
- Art creation

Sunday shifts into the theme of “Expansion” ~ Opening into spiritual growth and deeper awareness. Expansion can only happen once we are rooted. Workshops and experiences will invite participants to explore consciousness, truth, authenticity, and introspection. The day will emphasize growth, possibility, and expanding our awareness of who we are and how we move through the world.
Sundays modules include:
- Yoga (including FREE all ages early morning yoga)
- Authenticity circles
- Grief ceremony
- Meditation
- Sound bath
- Psychedelic education
- Mental martial arts
- Numerology
- IFS tarot imagery exploration
- Astrology
- & more…
We will also host a Community Trade Table each day filled with cool, free items donated by participants. This is an opportunity to share resources, gifts, and abundance with one another. Please bring any donation, big or small, to contribute to this community offering!
