A reflection on freshness, preservation, self-care, and the power of showing up for yourself, explored through healing, wellbeing, community, and the truth of what it means to be alive and well right now.
WHAT TO EXPECT
A 2-hour outdoor morning experience designed to be accessible, welcoming, and deeply nourishing, no experience required, no pretentious vibes, just movement, community, and real tools to feel good in your body.
This month, and as always, we are bringing gifted healers, artists, and community-rooted practitioners to Elysian Park, with a very exciting collaboration we cannot wait to reveal. More details coming very soon. 👀

First-come, first-served. RSVP will close once we hit capacity, with a waitlist. We strongly encourage arriving early and we mean it.
Due to limited capacity, we kindly ask that if you can no longer make it, please cancel your RSVP to make space for the people on the waitlist.

WFTP is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit providing free, intergenerational, culturally grounded wellness and mental health programming for BIPOC and multicultural communities. Our events are facilitated by people from the communities we serve and designed to be trauma-aware, accessible, and genuinely for everyone.
