Get ready for a day of connecting, learning, and growing together at Rooted & Rising: Community Wellness Exhibition!
About this Event

Join us for a powerful, soul-nourishing day designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your inner self, and explore holistic healing practices. This free community event centers around mental health, BIPOC wellness, fitness, nutrition, and self-care — delivered by compassionate experts and leaders in the Scarborough community.

We’re creating a safe space where wellness is accessible, healing is shared, and your presence is celebrated. Come alone, bring a friend or the entire family! There’s a little something for everyone. Guests can attend any, and all workshops, or can pop in for the Wellness Market!

This free communal event is for everyone; those experiencing burnout, looking for mental health support or looking to start or continue their wellness journey. We'll be centering Black, Indigenous, People of Colour, Neurodiverse and intergenerational community members from Malvern, Scarborough, the Greater Toronto Area and beyond.

Space is Limited! Register early to secure your spot — and feel free to share this with someone you know who deserves a reset.

✨ Come as you are. Leave renewed. ✨

This event is funded by the City of Toronto’s Local Leadership Grant as part of their Toronto for All Campaign.
