About this Event

Workshop Description:

A Journey from Emotional Depth to Creative Flow is a transformative experience designed to deepen your connection with yourself and others, nurture human bonds, and unlock your creative potential. Through a carefully crafted blend of practices, you’ll explore new ways to connect with your body, emotions, and creativity.

What will be offered:

Grounding & Movement:

We’ll start with dynamic exercises such as shaking, dancing, and movement to release tension, ground yourself in the present, and prepare your body and mind for the journey ahead.

Sharing Circles:

Connect with fellow participants in a supportive space during a sharing round, where you can introduce yourself, express your intentions, and open up to the group.

Human Bonding Exercise:

Through eye-gazing and supportive presence, you’ll experience a deep, human connection with a partner. One person will hold space while the other lies down, allowing for a powerful moment of vulnerability, trust, and connection.

Somatic Breathwork for inner connection & emotional Release:

This breathwork exercise is designed to help you connect deeply with your body, particularly the lower belly, pelvic floor, and genital area. By breathing into these areas, you can access a range of sensations, from life force energy and vitality to stored emotions and tension. Working in pairs, one partner holds space with supportive touch and eye contact, while the other explores whatever arises through the breath, whether it’s physical, emotional, or energetic.

Creative Expression through movement and contact

Following the breathwork, you will transition into creative expression through free-form movement and contact, letting your body express. You will have the opportunity to channel your sensations and letting them move you unlocking new layers of self-expression.

Integration & Relaxation:

After the active work, you’ll have time to relax, reflect, and integrate your experience, allowing the body and mind to process and settle.

Closing Circle:

We will conclude with a reflective circle, where you can share insights from the journey and celebrate the connections and breakthroughs made during the workshop.
