Root to Radiance: Community Garden Wellness & Cancer Prevention Series is a free evening wellness experience designed to bring families and community members together through health, sustainability, nutrition, and community connection. 💜🌱✨

Hosted at the Resource Empowerment Center (REC), this interactive series will feature indoor hydroponic growing education, creative healthy food demonstrations, nutrition and cancer prevention education, mindful movement, and hands on wellness experiences for all ages.

Participants will learn practical ways to grow fresh herbs and produce indoors year round, explore healthy recipes and lifestyle habits, and gain tools to support long term wellness at home and within their families.
