Join Liz from at Amphi Studios for a soothing 90‑minute sound journey designed to ease tension and support deep relaxation. Inspired by the gathering energy of Spring, this practice invites you to soften, listen inward and rest deeply, leaving you feeling grounded, recharged and renewed.

Root & Bloom | Crystal Sound Healing & Meditation with Liz includes breathing exercises, guided meditation, a crystal bowl sound bath, and a unique AQIVE product experience to promote relaxation, mindfulness, and emotional balance.

We will also have a brief, post-session chat to converse on about each other's well-being and find strength in a supportive space.
